KERASIEV® Ceramic Membrane – Model K19R/(M)

KERASIEV® Ceramic Membranes are engineered for high-performance filtration, offering exceptional durability, efficiency, and compatibility across diverse industrial applications. Designed with Al₂O₃-based construction, these multi-hole tubular membranes deliver superior mechanical strength, thermal stability, and chemical resistance, making them ideal for demanding environments such as wastewater treatment, ZLD systems, and oil–water separation.

Tested and approved by a National Laboratory as per European Standard DIN EN 1388-1/2 and ASTM C738, KERASIEV® membranes meet global benchmarks for material safety and leachability, ensuring that no harmful metals or contaminants are released during operation.

The KERASIEV® U-PVC Ceramic Membrane Module is the first of its kind introduced in India, designed to combine the durability of ceramic membranes with the convenience of polymer hollow fiber modules. It features a U-PVC housing, identical to those used in polymer hollow fiber membranes, ensuring seamless compatibility and effortless integration.
