In 2015, a group of scientists and industry veterans in East India recognized the urgent need for low-cost ceramic membrane technology in the field of separation science and water treatment. With a vision to address the growing challenges of water scarcity and the need for sustainable industrial water management, they pooled their expertise and resources to establish Need Inovation (NI). The objective was clear: to develop and manufacture innovative, affordable ceramic membranes with modular technology, aimed at revolutionizing the water and wastewater treatment sectors.
